Part of the fun of having a stocked bar at our disposal is cocktail development! Sonja whipped up this beauty for the Tasting Room, and it quickly became a fan favorite. It has some more unusual ingredients, and some rich layers of flavor as a result. Delicious!
Sonja Special #1
1 oz Mighty Gin
½ oz Sirène Absinthe Verte
1 oz Earl Grey Tea Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Egg White
3 dashes Dandelion Burdock Bitters
Shake ingredients first without ice, then add ice and shake hard. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and enjoy.
