Invented in the 1990’s, the Jasmine is a fairly new cocktail with classic roots. The Campari adds rich color, and just the right amount of bitter for a fresh, spring cocktail. It’s a drink that shines with our juniper-forward Gin No. 11.
The Jasmine
1½ oz Gin No. 11
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Campari
¼ oz Orange Liqueur (ours, or Cointreau)
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
