In Gin No. 6 Recipes

The Gin Rickey is another classic drink from the turn of the century – simply gin, fresh lime juice, and club soda. Adding fresh raspberries make a great summer drink, and tweaking it into a frozen form is easily done. Choose your format, but definitely get one of these refreshing recipes into your summer rotation!

Raspberry Rickey

2 oz Distiller’s Gin No. 6
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Club Soda
5-6 Fresh Raspberries

Muddle raspberries and lime juice; add gin and soda, and stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.

1 oz Distiller’s Gin No. 6
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Club Soda
8-10 Raspberries

Muddle raspberries and simple syrup. Add gin & lime juice, stir. Fine strain through sieve, add soda and stir again. Chill mixture, then stir well and pour into popsicle molds and freeze immediately. Or, use these cool things that we found online – who doesn’t love an adult freezer pop?
