We developed this incredible gin with input from the folks at Scofflaw (one of the best bars in Chicago). For years, they’ve been the only place to find it. Now it’s available to everyone! Stop by and give it a try with us, or ask for it at your favorite bar, restaurant or store – you won’t be disappointed!
Here’s one of our favorite cocktails with it – this drink was invented for Old Tom Gin (literally).
A Proper Tom Collins
2 oz Scofflaw Old Tom Gin
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Club Soda
Shake first three ingredients with ice; strain into a glass filled with fresh ice, top with soda and stir briefly with a bar spoon. Garnish with a lemon twist.
