I’m sure we’re not the only ones whose mint is overrunning the garden. This week’s drink pairs mint with green tea, another bright flavor. It’s a pretty great “iced tea break” when you’re sick of cutting back all that mint in your flower beds.
Green with Envy
Shake first four ingredients with ice; double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.
