This cocktail is one we served this year at the annual Venus de Miles bike ride. It combines a few of our favorite cocktail ingredients – cucumber, ginger beer, and of course, our Gin No. 6. It’s light, refreshing, and perfect for a summer scorcher.
Cucumber Gin Fizz
1½ oz Distiller’s Gin No 6
¾ Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
2 Cucumber Slices, quartered
Ginger Beer
In a shaker, muddle cucumber and simple syrup; add gin, lemon juice, and shake with ice. Strain into iced Collins glass filled with fresh ice, top with ginger beer and garnish with cucumber slice.
