It’s BBQ season, so this week we’re featuring the classic picnic pairing – booze in a watermelon! Our version is slightly more sophisticated and totally delicious. Whip up a pitcher and enjoy a summer’s night on the patio.
Watermelon Sparkler
1½ oz North Shore Vodka
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
3 Watermelon Cubes (1-2″ in size)
3-4 Mint Leaves
Club Soda
Muddle watermelon, and syrup. Add vodka, lemon juice, mint, and shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a watermelon cube or mint sprig.
