In North Shore Vodka Recipes

The week’s cocktail is perfect for the season – bright and nutty with a hint of warm spice. Using gum syrup adds silky texture and we love how the cinnamon plays with the raspberry and almond flavors. It’s a welcome update to an amaretto sour.

½ oz North Shore Vodka
¾ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup  (we like Small Hand Foods)
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Amaretto*
Dash Ground Cinnamon
1 oz Egg White

Dry shake ingredients without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
