This cocktail really highlights all the great botanicals in our absinthe, with supporting notes of fruit and citrus. You get the fruity pomegranate at the front, with a beautiful, herbal finish. It makes for a great sipping cocktail for fall, one that you can really savor and enjoy.
A Persian in Paris
1 oz Sirène Absinthe Verte
½ oz Orange Liqueur (ours, or Cointreau, or another triple sec)
1½ oz Pomegranate Juice (we use Pom)
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
