North Shore Pole Distillery
The NSD Tasting Room has morphed into North Pole Distillery for the month of December, with dazzling, delicious signature holiday cocktails, fun holiday activities and, of course, great spirits and overflowing holiday decor!
The special Holiday Signature Cocktail Menu features North Shore Distillery spirits in cocktails bursting with classic and creative holiday flavor combinations. It ranges from bright, fresh and fizzy to hot, rich and decadent. Featured cocktails include our take on the traditional holiday Coquito, featuring Third Coast Rum, which also features in our famous Hot Buttered Rum, and a jazzed-up, colorful holiday G&T, featuring Gin No. 11 and an explosion of fresh winter fruit. Expect enticing flavors to be accompanied by fancy holiday glassware, whimsical details and elaborate garnishes.

Expanded December Hours
You have even more opportunity for great holiday cocktails & good cheer this December — we’ve expanded our hours this month! Through December 31st our hours are:
Wednesday & Thursday: 4 – 9 pm
Friday: 4 – 10 pm
Saturday: 2 – 10 pm
Sunday: 2 – 7 pm
Monday & Tuesday: Closed
We’ll also be open 2-6 on Christmas Eve, and 2-8 on New Years Eve. Hope to see you soon!
Festive Cocktail Recipes
Of course, we created some special holiday cocktails this year!
Frosty’s Tonic
2 oz Gin No. 11
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Rosemary Simple
Tonic Water
Add first 3 ingredients to a Collins glass, then add ~4 cranberry ice cubes* to a Collins glass & fill the rest of the way with regular ice. Top with tonic & stir. Garnish with a skewer of cranberries & a rosemary sprig in the glass.
*add 2-3 cranberries to each cube before freezing
Under the Mistletoe
2 oz North Shore Vodka or Gin No. 11
1¼ oz Cranberry Juice
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Rosemary Simple
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist, a skewer of cranberries or a sprig of rosemary — or all of the above!
Christmas in Brittany
A fantastic holiday cocktail for the adventurous drinker — full of winter fruit & botanicals, with a delightfully frothy texture.
1 oz Dearborn Gin
1/2 oz Sirène Absinthe Verte
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Cranberry Simple
3/4 oz Egg White
Shake briefly without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
