This year we’ve updated the classic whiskey sour with a bundle of fresh summer herbs* from the garden — these herbs pair surprisingly well with our 2023 Malt Whiskey for an intriguingly sippable drink.
Whiskey Sour No. 3
1½ oz Malt Whiskey
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Scarborough Fair Simple
1/2 oz Egg White
Shake ingredients without ice, then add ice and shake HARD. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice & garnish with a lemon wheel & a sprig of sage & thyme.
