This cocktail is a great way to kick off the new year – fizzy, fun and refreshing! Using a deliciously layered simple syrup from our friends over at Jo Snow Syrups brings bright citrus and botanical notes to this cocktail, which mix well with either Twisted Citrus Vodka or Gin No. 6, depending on which spirit you prefer! Tangerine Fizz
2 oz NS Twisted Citrus Vodka or Gin No. 6
¾ oz Jo Snow Tangerine Lavender Honey Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Club Soda
Combine first three ingredients in cocktail shaker, then shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then top with club soda and garnish with a lemon swath.
