Welcome to March! This month usually brings a delightful tease of spring: if not warmer weather, at least longer days and more sunlight! At the end of the month comes the spring equinox, where the days will start getting longer than the nights – until then, we’ll have to tide ourselves over with a delightful cocktail. This sunshine in a glass brings you bright citrus notes from orange blossom, fresh lemon and our Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka; cinnamon adds a layer of spice, and egg white and club soda give this drink a delightfully fizzy, frothy texture you’re sure to love.
Sunshine Fizz No. 2
2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Cinnamon Simple
½ oz Orange Blossom Simple
1 oz Egg White
Club Soda
Shake first five ingredients without ice, then add ice shake and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass & top with club soda.
