In Malt Whiskey Recipes

This cocktail is based on the warm winter flavors that have classically been used to chase off a cold — whiskey, honey, ginger & lemon. Despite the fact that it was created only 16 years ago by bartender Sam Ross, it is modern cocktail classic, as well as a favorite in our tasting room. It’s topped off with For Peat’s Sake Whiskey — we’re not sure if this contributes any healing properties, but it does add a subtle smoky richness to every sip.
