It’s the depths of winter, which means long, cold nights — fortunately for us, that also brings us citrus season! We love having access to the abundance of these bright, fresh fruits that pair so nicely with the deep spice notes of some of our spirits. This cocktail combines both lime & grapefruit with our Aquavit – Private Reserve and limited edition Kümmel for a drink that’s full of savory spice notes and bright, refreshing citrus.
Lift Ticket
1½ oz Aquavit – Private Reserve
½ oz Kümmel
¾ oz Grapefruit Liqueur
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit swath or a lime wedge.
