Lavender Bee’s Knees
2 oz Gin No. 6
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Lavender-Honey Simple
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass or a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon twist or slice.
