In Limited Release Recipes

As we’re moving into mid-September, the temperature has dropped & we’re getting some chilly, rainy days – fall isn’t quite here yet, but we’re sure getting a good preview! The cocktail menu here in our tasting room has also changed for the season, adding warm spice notes & classic fall fruits to our fall cocktail offerings. This cocktail pairs NS American Whiskey (only available in our tasting room) with delicious layers of spice & apple to create a quintissential autumn drink.

Fall Whiskey Sour

1¾ oz American Whiskey (when making this drink at home, try a rye whiskey or bourbon)
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Apple Ginger Simple
¼ oz Chai Simple
½ oz Egg White

 Shake without ice, then add ice and shake HARD. Fill glass with ice, strain into glass & garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
