Our distillery garden has been flourishing this summer, but some of the herbs haven’t been enjoying the hot, dry weather as much – our lemon verbena plant, for example, hasn’t grown a whole lot. Unfortunately, this means we haven’t been able to feature this flavor over the summer as much as we would have liked! Still, we have enough for a summer send-off cocktail; along with Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka and fresh lemon juice, this drink is refreshing and herbaceous.
Lemon Verbena Drop
2 oz Sol Chamomile Citrus Vodka
¾ oz Lemon Verbena Simple
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
