This cocktail is a homage to these moments, featuring the delicious citrus, spice & honey that are classic winter flavors, brought together with airy, foamy egg white. Dash a couple of drops of Peychaud’s Bitters on the top for a winter sunset you’ll love to drink!
Winter Sunset
2 oz Twisted Citrus Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Ginger Simple
½ oz Honey Simple
1 oz Egg White
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, then shake without ice. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a few drops of Peychaud’s Bitters dashed on the top and swirled into a pattern.
