This cocktail is a twist on the classic whiskey sour, bringing fall into the classic drink. NS American Malt Whiskey (only available in our tasting room) pairs with delicious layers of spice & apple to create a quintessential autumn drink.
Whiskey Sour No. 4
1½ oz Malt Whiskey
¾ oz Apple Spice Simple
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Egg White
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker, then shake without ice. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with an apple slice or a lemon wheel.
