It feels like we’ve been searching for spring for the past month or so, getting brief teases of warmer weather and sunshine only to be swept back into the cold and rain of late winter. Well, after this past weekend it almost seems like spring is here to stay! We’ll just pretend that the rain forecast for the rest of the week doesn’t exist, and enjoy the sun this afternoon while it shines.
This cocktail will undoubtedly help in that endeavor – it combines the citrus-y liquid sunshine of Twisted Citrus Vodka with a fruit blossom tea simple syrup and fresh lemon juice, topped off with a sparkle of club soda for a refreshing spring sipper.

2 oz Twisted Citrus Vodka (it’s also delicious with The Dearborn Gin)
¾ oz Fruit Blossom Tea Simple
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Club Soda
Add first three ingredients to Collins glass, then stir. Fill glass with ice, top with club soda and stir again – garnish with a lemon twist.
