This cocktail’s inspiration is the classic Pimm’s Cup! That classic English garden cocktail is a burst of summer in a glass, combining fruit, veggies, herbs & gin in a celebration of flavor. The Never Bitter takes the same flavors and removes the lavish garnishes and fizz, to leave a smooth, crisp summer sipper.
MUDDLE:
3 Cucumber slices, quartered
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Mint Simple
ADD:
2 oz Scofflaw Old Tom Gin
1/4 oz Campari
Muddle first three ingredients, then add Scofflaw Old Tom Gin & Campari. . Shake with ice, then fine-strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
