This riff on the Boulevardier features the newest NSD Limited Release, Bokamaro! This amaro is savory and unexpected, leading with intriguing citrus, herbs & fresh, leafy veggies. It pairs well with the oakiness of American Whiskey, uplifted by the subtle fruit tones of both sweet & dry vermouth.


1 oz Bokamaro
1 oz American Whiskey
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Stir ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass or over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a swath of grapefruit.
