It’s National Mojito Day today, so we’re celebrating with the classic cocktail, made with Third Coast Rum! The Mojito is really a refreshing way to sip away the dog days of summer.
(There’s also a whole barrel overflowing with abundant fresh mint at the distillery, so this drink is also a great way to use some of it up!)
In a tall glass, muddle mint and simple syrup. Add lime juice & rum, then add ice & top with soda. Stir & garnish with a mint sprig.
