Winter has arrived, and grapefruit is back in season! This cocktail is a past favorite, a fizzy combination of fruit and herb notes which we’ve updated this year with The Dearborn Gin.
Grapefruit Rosemary Fizz
2 oz The Dearborn Gin
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz Rosemary Simple
Club Soda
Shake first three ingredients with ice, then strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit swath and a sprig of rosemary.
