Leaves have fallen, nights are shorter … and the weather couldn’t be more summery at the moment! We’re appreciating every warm day we get, since they make patio drinking so nice.
Even though the weather is warm, we’re serving a delicious fall cocktail this week. This is a variation on the classic old fashioned, incorporating some apple, ginger and baking spices with a classic whiskey foundation. It’s smooth, simple & delicious. This drink is also available as a cocktail kit, if you prefer to enjoy it at home!
Fall Old Fashioned
2 oz NS Malt Whiskey
½ oz Apple-Ginger Simple
1 dash Luxardo Cherry Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir ingredients with ice for at least 20 seconds in mixing glass. Strain into rocks glass over ice, then garnish with an apple slice or a cocktail cherry.
