This classic drink, originally created in the early 1900s, has gone through several different iterations in the past century. The most well-known version, the version on our current cocktail menu, pairs the delightful & aromatic floral notes of crème de violette with our Gin No. 6, making a layered, intriguing sipper.
Blue Moon
2 oz Gin No. 6
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Crème de Violette
Shake with ice, then strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
