This one is a tropical riff on a classic gin fizz, incorporating pomegranate and passionfruit for a fruity profile. Yum!
Bird of Paradise
2 oz North Shore Gin No. 6
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Passionfruit Liqueur (we use Giffard)
1/2 oz Grenadine (we use Giffard)
1/4 oz Plain Simple Syrup
1 oz Egg White (pasteurized, or the egg white of 1 large egg)
Club Soda
Shake first 6 ingredients without ice first, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a lemon peel rose on a pick.
