We served this cocktail at Main Street Libertyville’s annual Chef Fest this past Saturday, and the fall flavors were a hit! For a special garnish, you can add one or several cranberry ice-cubes to this drink for added cranberry flavor as you sip.
Autumn Fizz
1½ oz North Shore Vodka (could also be made with our Bourbon Cask Rum)
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Spiced Apple Simple
¼ oz Cranberry Juice
Club Soda
Shake first four ingredients with ice. Strain into ice-filled collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with an apple slice.
