A cocktail named after Zuzu’s petals has to have a few particular qualities – a beautiful pinky rose color, and delicious hints of floral and fruit. Fortunately, this Zuzu’s Petals fits the bill! With a base of Gin No. 6 and Vacation Curaçao, it combines the floral and citrus of the gin with deep orange and spice notes from the curaçao. Add in fresh citrus and cranberry, both for a balance and to bring in that classic color, and you have yourself a delicious cocktail!
Zuzu’s Petals
2 oz Gin No. 6
¾ oz Vacation Curaçao
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Cranberry Juice
¼ oz Plain Simple
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange swath or a lemon twist.
