Sometimes with cocktails, simpler is better – using a few ingredients strategically can allow the drink to highlight certain flavors, or combine a few notes together. This cocktail uses a simple syrup made with an intriguing floral green tea we found that’s made with cornflower, marigold and rose petals; it’s bright, floral and citrusy. Paired with the abundant fresh juniper notes in Gin No. 11, and bright fresh lime, this flavor combination makes a cocktail that’s bright, floral and simply delicious.
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
