What to do after one releases an amaro … try it in some classic cocktails, of course! The White Negroni is a modern riff on the classic Negroni, re-imagined with all white spirits.
This structure naturally lends itself to a version made with our new Bokamaro, an amaro with lightly bitter vegetable & herbal notes that plays so well with other herbal ingredients. This recipe was a big hit last weekend at our Bokamaro release party, and we hope you’ll also enjoy it at home!
White Negroni
1 oz Bokamaro
1 oz Gin No. 11
3/4 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice for at least 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass & garnish with a grapefruit swath.
