Life at the distillery recently has been all about whiskey, between the limited release of our NS American Whiskey and our NS For Peat’s Sake Malted Whiskey! So, with whiskey on the mind, we’ve chosen a warm, layered cocktail that we hope will chase away the chilly weather. And we’ll also be serving this drink during our Holiday Sing-Along event this Saturday, December 19th!
The Firelight
1½ oz NS American Whiskey
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Chai Simple
¼ oz Spiced Orange Simple
Hot Water
Add first four ingredients to a 12 oz mug and top with hot water. Stir & garnish with a cinnamon stick.
