This week, we’re featuring a cocktail with our brand new limited release spirit, Ethel’s Eye of Newt Cordial. It plays incredibly well with a range of flavors, and we’ll be featuring cocktails with it over the next few weeks as we celebrate its release. This one was the most popular cocktail from our special menu this past weekend, when we first introduced our new limited release.
The Eye of Newt Has It 
1 oz Ethel’s Eye of Newt Cordial
½ oz North Shore Vodka
1 oz Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ Spiced Apple Syrup (see recipe here)
Shake ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh apple.
