Take Me to the Tropics
1½ oz Bourbon Cask Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
¾ oz Mint Simple
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
