We served up a fun, citrusy spring fizz at the Center for Enriched Living’s annual Chefs’ Night earlier this week, and it was a huge hit! Featuring our Twisted Citrus Vodka, this cocktail plays up the citrus notes with fresh lemon and adds some subtle botanicals like chamomile and lavender with a housemade spring tea simple syrup. It’s like sunshine in a glass! Perfect for either spring days or hot summers by the pool.
Sunshine Fizz
2 oz Twisted Citrus Vodka
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Spring Tea Simple (we’re using this Tiesta tea in 2023)
Club Soda
Add first three ingredients to Collins glass filled with ice, stir. Top with club soda & garnish with a lemon twist or wheel.
