This week’s cocktail is a seasonal variation on a classic White Lady, and a variation on a drink we posted awhile back – we’ve changed the base spirit this time, and like before, we’ve swapped out the orange liqueur for a housemade spiced orange syrup. This cocktail has a delightful winter spice notes, and a lovely texture from the egg white, too. 
Sunset Over the Snow #2
2 oz Aquavit – Private Reserve
1 oz Spiced Orange Simple
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Egg White
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (shake without ice), then add ice and shake hard. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add a dash of Peychaud’s bitters on top – draw into a pattern.
