Spiced apple is back on our new fall menu, and to celebrate we’ve brought back a cocktail that’s a fall favorite in our tasting room! This autumnal take on the classic mule pairs our spicy, savory Aquavit – Private Reserve with spiced apple, fresh lime and ginger beer for a bright, layered fall sipper.
Spiced Apple Mule
1½ oz Aquavit – Private Reserve (or our North Shore Vodka, or try it with our Sirène Absinthe Verte)
½ oz Spiced Apple Simple
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
Shake first three ingredients with ice, then strain into copper mule mug over fresh ice. Top with ginger beer, garnish with a fresh slice of apple. Cheers!
