This cocktail is has quite an impressive list of ingredients, yet no individual flavor dominates this spring sipper. Top everything off with a splash of fizz and you have a bright, layered, fizzy cocktail that pairs perfectly with warm weather.

½ oz Campari
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Peppercorn Simple
Club Soda
Shake first four ingredients with ice, then strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or grapefruit slice.
