This week, we’re celebrating the gimlet with a fun variation – using Scofflaw Old Tom Gin. This gin as a brightness, and a floral, citrusy punch that we really love in the gimlet. A great drink for a hot day like today!
Scofflaw Gimlet
2 oz Scofflaw Old Tom Gin
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Shake with ice, strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime and enjoy.
