This bright, refreshing concoction is perfect for summer, bursting with fresh berry notes of strawberry & blueberry, fresh rhubarb & citrusy lemon, brought together with North Shore Vodka for a burst of summer in a glass.
Picnic in the Park
Muddle in Boston Mixing Tin:
8 Blueberries
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Rhubarb Simple
Add:
1½ oz North Shore Vodka (also works well with Gin No. 6!)
½ oz Strawberry Liqueur (we use Giffard)
Muddle first three ingredients in a mixing tin, then add North Shore Vodka & strawberry liqueur. Shake with ice, then fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
