In American Whiskey Recipes

A delightful riff on the Boulevardier, with dry vermouth instead of sweet. This simple ingredient substitution entirely changes the character of the cocktail, taking it from a rich, fruity drink to a bright, citrusy surprise.

And surprise it does — we were surprised to love it as much as we do, and it’s been a runaway hit in our Tasting Room (which is super unusual for a cocktail containing Campari)!

A delightful riff on the Boulevardier, with dry vermouth instead of sweet – this one really surprised us, and we love it!

1 oz American Whiskey
1 oz Campari
1 oz Dry Vermouth (we use Noilly Prat)

Stir with ice, strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, or an orange one.
