Citrus season is in full swing, so it’s the perfect time to make your favorite citrus cocktails! This week we’re jazzing up a classic gimlet, using grapefruit juice instead of lime juice. The grapefruit plays well with our Distiller’s Gin No. 11, and provides a fun twist to a classic drink.
Grapefruit Gimlet
2 oz Gin No. 11 (or Dearborn Gin)
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
¼ oz Demerara Simple
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit swath.
