Winter festivities have descended on our Tasting Room, transforming it into North Pole Distillery! Of course, we created some exciting, uniquely festive signature cocktails for the frosty North Pole crew. Frosty’s Tonic is an absolute classic in that genre; it’s both classic & exciting, approachable and nuanced, photogenic and also full of great flavor, filled with botanicals, herbs & winter fruit.
Frosty’s Tonic
2 oz Gin No. 11
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Rosemary Simple
Tonic Water
Add first 3 ingredients to a Collins glass, then add ~4 cranberry ice cubes* to a Collins glass & fill the rest of the way with regular ice. Top with tonic & stir. Garnish with a skewer of cranberries & a rosemary sprig in the glass.
*add 2-3 cranberries to each cube before freezing
