The pedigree of this drink is similar to ones we’ve made in the past, but this spring we’re updating it with a fun, floral simple syrup made from tea. This pulls in notes of chamomile and lavender that blend with the fresh citrus notes of Twisted Citrus Vodka for a perfectly spring-themed cocktail.
Fiona’s Folly
2 oz Twisted Citrus Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Spring Tea Simple
3/4 oz Egg White
Add ingredients to cocktail shaker, then shake briefly without ice. Add ice and then shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
