In Dearborn Gin Recipes

We’re nearing the end of citrus season, that delightful time in winter when the bounties of all sorts of citrus fruits are readily available. This cocktail is a layered citrusy sipper, using the bright flavors of lime, lemon, orange & grapefruit with the layered botanicals and citrus notes of The Dearborn Gin.

The Daisy is actually a classic style of cocktail from the early days of cocktail-making – it enjoyed popularity in the pre-Prohibition days of cocktails, but it has fallen out of use since. The one notable exception is a popular cocktail named after the word for “daisy” in Spanish – the margarita!
