This cocktail comes to us from our dear friends at The Dearborn in Chicago – we’re so excited that they’re re-opening for food & drinks, and wanted to celebrate by serving a delicious drink off of their cocktail menu. Using a great spirited collaboration which we developed with our friends at The Dearborn – The Dearborn Gin – this cocktail brings notes of bright citrus & fruit, the perfect cocktail to ring in spring.
Ceiling Breaker
1½ oz The Dearborn Gin
½ oz Grapefruit Liqueur (we use Briottet)
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Luxardo Maraschino
¼ oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a skewered cherry wrapped in a lemon swath.
