In Dearborn Gin Recipes, Sirène Absinthe Verte Recipes

Delight in intriguing layers of botanical, floral & citrus notes with this cocktail! Bright, rich botanicals from Dearborn Gin combine with the deep herbal notes of Sirène Absinthe Verte, along with floral notes of hibiscus & bright, fresh lemon, all brought together with airy, foamy egg white. It’s perfect for a summer treat, and also for this bridge season between summer and fall.

As this drink combines Dearborn Gin, a London Dry-style gin with an Irish twist, with the traditional French-style Sirène Absinthe Verte, it made sense to name it after Brittany Beach, the part of France which is geographically closest to Ireland. This area of France also contains what is known as the Pink Granite Coast, due to this part of the coast’s uniquely blush-hued sand and rocks. With its layered, intriguing flavors and beautiful presentation, this cocktail encapsulates all these different characteristics in a delicious drink.

1 oz Dearborn Gin
½ oz Sirène Absinthe Verte
