This week we’re celebrating the fresh fruits of the farmer’s market and our distillery garden! We have a whole barrel overflowing with abundant fresh mint, and with blueberry season in full swing, this week’s cocktail is the perfect way to sip away the lazy late-summer days.
In a mixing tin, muddle blueberries and simple syrup. Add lime juice & rum, and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass, and top with soda. Stir & garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
