This is a cocktail reminiscent of old-school classics, updated for a modern era! It’s bright, layered, and comes highly recommended; someone who visited our Tasting Room recently commented, “I think I’m finished for now — I mean, I could definitely drink ten of these, but I probably shouldn’t.” We definitely don’t recommend ten, but two sure sounds good!
Vaguely Victorian
2 oz North Shore Vodka
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Honey Simple
2 dashes Lavender Bitters (we’re using Strongwater’s Lavender – Wildflower Bitters)
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or a lime twist, if you’re feeling fancy!
